一马新材料有限公司历经多年的发展，已经培养出一支有高级工程师领班的技术过硬、爱岗敬业的配色技术队伍，可及时准确地开发调配各种基料的不同颜色品种。
配色检测设备
一马新材料有限公司配色资源硬件已进行大笔资金投入，现有配色专用注塑机3台，专用配色模具4套，并配置了高精度进口色差仪两台，其中美国产MODEL COLOR I5D一台，德国产BYK6831色彩精灵一台，分光光度仪Data Color 600一台，及颜色耐老化、耐水煮、耐迁移、耐候性、耐热性等试验辅助设备。
颜色控制
一马新材料有限公司产品颜色稳定主要得益于严格过程控制，我们重点控制三个环节：
1、在一定的时间段，客户要保持产品颜色标准的唯一性，并确定供需双方都接受的、合理的、明确的色差控制范围；
2、严格的过程控制和出货把关，公司出货产品颜色目测和仪器检测同时符合标准要求，否则不予放行；
3、同客户保持友好沟通、及时预防和消化客户因工艺、设备、模具导致的颜色波动。
颜色品种
一马新材料有限公司以产品多品种、科技含量高来满足不同客户的需求。在一马产品结构不断升级转型的历程中，曾生产PP、PC、PBT、PA、PPO、ABS、HIPS等系列品种 ,产品牌号达千种之多。产品多品种必然带动颜色多品种，到目前为止 ,一马已经开发生产的颜色品种有２０００多种。
Color Variety

Color Matching Ability
Through years of development, Yima New Materials Co., Ltd. has developed a skillful and devoted color matching team lead by senior engineers, which can develop and deploy various binders of different colors timely and accurately.
Color-Matching Testing Equipment
Yima New Materials Co., Ltd. has invested large sums of money in color-matching resource hardware, and now owns 3 color-matching dedicated injection molding machines, 4 sets of dedicated color-matching molds.The company has also deployed a spectrophotometer--Data Color 600, 2 high precision imported colorimeters including MODEL COLOR I5D from America and BYK6831 Color Master from Germany, and
other auxiliary equipment for testing aging resistance, boiling resistance, transference resistance, weather resistance and heat resistance of colors.
Color Control
The color stability in Yima New Materials Co., Ltd. products mainly benefits from the stringent process control. We focus on controlling 3 steps:a.At a certain time, customers need to maintain the uniqueness in color standards of the product, and confirm a control range of aberration that is reasonable, specific and acceptable by both the seller and the buyer.
b.Monitor process control and shipment strictly; in case that either the visual inspection or the instrument examination of the colors of the delivered products fails to meet the standards at the same time, the shipment would not be released.
c.Keep good communication with the customers, prevent and manage the color fluctuation caused by the customer’s technique, equipment and mold in time.
